Why did you choose to work at Huckleberry? Like other folks, I left Huckleberry to pursue other professional development opportunities and returned back to the organization. The most important reasons I returned are: the culture and commitment to youth. I feel safe and supported coming in to my work spaces everyday and that makes my job a lot easier. What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working? Things that keep my hands and brain busy. I enjoy doom scrolling, crocheting and knitting a million different projects, reading, and learning all about the Housewives and 90 Day Fiancé couples. Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What do you want to be when you grow up? A Pediatric Cardiologist. I guess being a Director of a youth Health Center isn’t toooooo far off!
