The article highlights CARC’s work in restorative justice, which brings victims of crime, youth offenders, and others together to talk about the crime and develop a specific, restorative plan.
Last fiscal year, 237 arrested youth in San Francisco received case management at Huckleberry’s CARC and 76% were not rearrested a year after exiting the program.
