Huckleberry House remains OPEN as an essential service, while all of Huckleberry’s other programs continue to serve youth virtually through the Bay Area shelter-in-place order. Huckleberry House’s program director, Patrick Buckalew, remains on the front lines, offering crisis shelter and counseling, family reunification services, and hot meals for youth in need.
It costs approximately $3,400 per day to keep Huckleberry House operational for youth and families in San Francisco.
