What's the most inspiring part of your job? The most inspiring part of my job is working with newcomer youth. Every day, I have the privilege of witnessing their strength and resilience as they navigate and overcome challenges with such positive energy. Despite learning to adapt to a whole new world, they often end up teaching me just as much. What would be your personal motto? Believe you can and you're halfway there. My favorite word that has no direct English translation is...  estrenar, which means to wear or use something for the first time!
