What's the most inspiring part of your job? The most inspiring part of my job is to see how staff work collaboratively and creatively with young people and their families. The passion that drives all HYP employees is magically to see day in and day out. If I weren't so damn good at my job, I'd probably be... a referee in the NBA. My favorite word in the English language is... My favorite word in the English Language is eluthromania. It's origin is Greek and it means "intense desire to be free".
